Darnell Cutliff: I live in a free state so we don't have to do the smog/inspection crap. Our state legislature decided that was racist and was just a way to line the pockets of auto mechanics. When I have to move an un-insured/un-tagged vehicle on public roadways, I just trailer it. The towing vehicle insurance covers the other vehicle while it is being towed and you don't have the extra hassle/expense of insurance and tags and such.
