Jackson Esmiol: All sorts of things can support Pacman (Even my calculator can). Usually people will play Pacman on things like smartphones that can support other stuff. There are handheld Pacman games, but the whole concept is pretty outdated so you'll have to look for them on Ebay. I know there are Pacman games for Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, etc as well as games that only do Pacman (However, these are considered vintage/retro by now and are pretty expensive.)
